At Aromalight by Anna, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns
1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in a resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used candles
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Refunds
1. Refund Process:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
2. Partial Refunds:
Refunds may be granted partially (at our discretion) if:
• The product is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
• The product was damaged during shipping and photographic evidence is provided.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrived damaged and provide photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
• If approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.
